Couples Therapy

 

I offer an unbiased space where couples can:

  • Co-parent effectively during or after a divorce

I use Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), in which couples learn to identify their patterns and practice creating new ways of relating so they can rebuild a safe connection. Through EFT, I support couples in building a secure attachment relationship with each other. Together, I can help you process anger, resentment, and pain so you can turn toward your partner with curiosity and warmth.
